Title: Mad idea, need help in working out how to do it
Post by: SParky on November 24, 2013, 10:33:02 PM
Ok guys

My GF has had a mad idea of spending NYE in the park, but doesn't want a hotel for the night (I know, she's mad)
So I'm looking at what I can do

Every time I use the website it tries to give me a ticket that means a coach pick up in Paris, which I don't want
I think I've worked out how to buy 1day/2park tickets without that option, but does that mean we can stay in the park until it closes for that day??

Also, are there special plans for NYE as I can't seem to find any info on that

Cheers for the help

Instead of the website, I would ring the central reservations phoneline. You should be able to get a 1 day 2 park ticket for Disneyland Paris without having a hotel or any coach pick up. I go to Disneyland California every year and thats what we get, a 1 day 2 park ticket. We always stay until the park closes, one year it was after 1 am when we left, as even though the park closes at midnight, the Disney Emporium on Main Street stays open for 1 hour after closing  :)

Thanks Tink

The more I look at it the more I'm thinking I will be awake for over 30 hours and needing to drive, not really what I want to do

It's a nice idea, but I think I'm going to try and convince her to do something else

I guess when you factor in travel each end the hours do add up. When we do Disney in California it takes about an hour to drive to Disney from where we stay, so its easier to do open / close. Our Disney day , including travel each end is usually about 16 hours.
