I hope to go to disneyland Paris in October 2014 and I want to know if buffalo bill is still at disneyland Paris.

Yep, still there. but its changed now to include Mickey Mouse and friends.

The Mickey add-on doesn't mix well with the original idea of the show, but the show is still very enjoyable. After 25 years, perhaps it's time for a replacement. I just fear that what's coming next won't be as good as Buffalo Bill.
