Traveling from the states and looking into booking a Disney hotel for next Summer for family of 4. The website descriptions say most rooms have "2 double beds". A few have one "large double bed" and a sofa bed.
Does anyone know exactly how wide these "double beds" actually are? Are they an American Queen (60 inches or 152 cm)? smaller? larger?

Disneyland Hotel's double beds are king size.
Have to say Ive never stayed in the Disneyland Hotel but found bed sizes consistant in all the other hotels. If it says 2 doubles then it would seem to be a standard european double. My wife and I are used to a King size at home so when we get this option we sleep in seperate beds. When weve had one it has been the queen size you mentioned, and very nice it was too.
