do I need to book the Disney Express Luggage Service, or can I just go to the Disney Express desk and pay for this service there?
I don't know on this, but if you did it on the day, all you would get is your luggage transferred, as they wouldn't have your tickets or paperwork to give you, so it may not be worth the money.
