Title: Help w/ booking
Post by: SVioletS on September 09, 2013, 04:22:56 PM
Hi all!

I've recently booked our next DLP visit, over the phone. Today I received the e-mail confirmation, and noticed that my daughter's birth dates are exchanged... meaning oldest daughter name appears with youngest birth date and vice-versa. How important is this? Should i call them back and ask them to correct it? or is it just a formality and it can be kept this way?
Btw we're going to celebrate eldest daughter bday, not sure if it will make any difference...

I just don't want to spend a lot of money in yet another international phone call...

Thanks!!
:)

Did you book your transport options separate?

If you did, the hotel information doesn't matter.

Yes, it's only the hotel. Flights i'll book directly with the airline!

Thank you! :)

Yeah it doesn't matter about the hotel it's just vital that the details are correct for the airline as if the details don't correspond with the tickets and passport they won't allow you to board the flight. ( This happened to a family in front of us at check in a few years ago and they weren't allowed to board, it was awful to watch! )

That would be awful to happen :( we anticipate, we pay we look forward to a great vacation and then because of some detail it doesn't happen :( i would be devastated!

When checking in at the hotel they only look at the lead person's passport, my two were off exploring the hotel when we went in May haha
