Hey, on the last few trips to dlp, I noticed that the buzz lightyear animatronic had broken and the area was covered over with a curtain. Does anyone know if it's still broken or has he been fixed?
He was on our last visit as well, such a shame but on one of the trip reports from this month there were photos of him up and running so it looks like he's fixed for the moment!

Excellent, seeing the animatronic always one of the trips highlights
He was working but faceless on our first day- July-30-then the dreaded curtain was pulled across the day after!
He was "asleep" at the beginning of August when we first arrived. By around the 10th he was fully awake.
I think it's just hit or miss, I have been three times this year and Buzz has been on/off/on/off etc
Buzz was in tip-top form last week, actually looking like he'd been refurbished! Everything was working and moving really well.
Just love standing and watching him do his thing... :thumbs:

I couldn't agree more, and that's excellent news.
I was there on the 26/08/13 and the curtain was over buzz then and I heard it was the day after also

I was there too that day and he worked fine!!
I was at Disneyland Paris last week from the 19th until the 23rd and he was working nice and smoothly every day.

Yep, he worked fine when I went there a couple of weeks ago too.
These were taken a few weekends ago.
