Title: Childs voucher-paying the difference?
Post by: tubbsy on June 23, 2013, 10:11:43 AM
We have booked our restaurants for our visit  :D/
We are doing Inventions twice
Cafe Mickey
Steakhouse
Walts (My favourite :) )
And Blue Lagoon

My son, who is 10, is absolutely fine with everything on the kids menus-
BUT, hes very limited on Blue Lagoon. He is dairy free, so cant eat the cheese filled pasta. And hes not keen on salmon.
Leaving him the chicken with gravy. Now, he knows thats his only option, but I was wondering ... (Sorry! I do waffle on!)
...
Can he choose from the adult menu and we pay the difference?

Sorry cant answer your question on adult menu but do you know about the allergy menu? Our daughter has a peanut allergy and its hard with food issues but I feel safe at disneyland. Thats my excuse to not go anywhere else on holiday   Sure you already know about the menu but if you wanted it, you have to call direct to the restraunt to request it.

I did Julesk, but we manage so well normally-I will give Blue Lagoon a call-Hes mad for pasta, so maybe they can do something for him without cheese :) Its another option. Thank you :)
I was just reading on DLRPmagic (I LOVE that site!) that the meal vouchers can be taken as face value-so maybe this can be done for Robs kids voucher ...
But I now have two options :)
