Title: Changing a booking on the French Site
Post by: MrsPirate on June 16, 2013, 03:31:44 PM
A quick question.

A couple of months ago I booked our next trip on the French site.  Does anyone know if I have to ring the French booking line to make any changes or can the English one help?

Thanks.

Was there a special offer on specific to them? It might be a bit difficult but all you can do is give the UK line a call and see what they say. Good luck.

I rang the English number and they couldn't track the booking through the booking number, but did find it under my surname.

It was no problem to upgrade our room and we were even given the current French discount of 30% rather than the English 25%. So glad I didn't have to ring France, my French is a 'little' rusty.
