Yep, can see it now, the Eiffel Tower gets knocked down by the Death Star's Ray, nice!

EDIT - Actually scrap that, don't think France will approve of that! How about a raging war in Paris? Where the Empire is trying to take over Paris but is stopped by the Rebel Alliance. Could be a short film!
