Is it true that we just take the confirmation letter to the hotel and then they give us the park tickets there? You don't get anything through the post. (Booked through Disney)
Yes, if you booked online, then you get everything you need (except park tickets and vouchers, when booked) by email!

yes, you just need the email confirmation booking reference when you check in at your hotel - you get everything else, park tickets, vouchers etc at your hotel when you check in.
