If I buy a ticket for the VEA but, is it only valid for one particular date?
I am concerned if I buy my ticket online in advance (where it is  cheaper) and I miss the last bus, my ticket will be wasted.
Thanks

I found the general conditions for VEA at //http://vea-shuttle.co.uk/wp-content/themes/vea-en/cgv/cgv-int.pdf
If I understand article 10 correct, it looks that the tickets can only be used for the day that they are bought for.
QuoteArticle 10. – Using Tickets – Date and route.
The Ticket must be handed to the driver on boarding the coach. In exchange, the driver should
give the Customer a receipt which should be kept until the end of the journey. In case of a
complaint, it is essential that this receipt is attached to the complaint file.
Each Ticket is issued and is valid only for the date and route shown on it. It cannot be accepted
on coaches on a different date or for a different route than those shown.
However, the date and/or route shown at the time of purchase can be changed up until the day
before the day the Service is provided via the Site and via the Customer's account using his/her
login and password. Exceptionally, such a change can be made by VEA's sales department at the
Customer's request.
In any case, only the last Ticket printed by the Customer will be accepted on coaches.

Hiya, I've found the same conditions as norhel, and in my experience getting the VEA the ticket is only valid for one day.
If you're not sure, I would wait and see what time you arrive on the day. By the time we had paid the credit card surcharge etc for buying online, I think we only saved about 3 euros, if that? It's good if you can get the saving, but if I were you I would wait and just buy when you get there, if you arrive in time. That way, even if you do get the bus, the most you'll lose out on is 3 or 4 euros for buying from the desk, rather than if you miss the bus and lose however much you'd have paid for the tickets in advance :)

Thanks - i won't bother buying in advance just in case

It's valid only on the day printed on it.
If you buy a roundtrip you have to give them the excact date and they'll hand you an ticket with the date on it.
