you don't upload photos here. upload them to an image hosting website like photobucket, or even facebook I think.
Then if you look along the list of tags on top of the typing area you'll see the 'Img' button.
Click on the button to insert : [ img ][ /img ] (they will appear without the spaces, which I added for demo.
Copy the URL link of your photo i.e. http//:www.photobucket.com/myimage.jpg as paste it between the img tags
[img ] http://webcot.free.fr/imagineering/art/ (http://webcot.free.fr/imagineering/art/%22%20target=%22_blank%22%20rel=%22nofollow) ... ontier.jpg [/img]
becomes
(//http://webcot.free.fr/imagineering/art/dlrp-frontier.jpg)
