Indiana Jones.
When I visited Disneyland for the Millennium Celebration it was closed.

But in a few days, I will have the experience of Indiana Jones!

Well, I must confess that there are pretty much attractions I've never been on   ...
Some of them don't interest me so much so that I use the time for my favourites. But there are also many things I always wanted to see or ride and never had the chance to :( Let's try to collect:

DL:
- Space Mountain (I was always so afraid!! But I'll go on it next time, I promise!! ;))
- Orbitron
- Nautilus
- Buzz Lightyear Laser Blast
- Autopia (I wanna ride that!!)
- Teacups
- Les Pirouettes
- Dumbo
- Keelboats

WDS:
- R'n'RC (toooo afraid!)
- Cyber Space Mountain

Great topic idea by the way :)

Title:
Post by: Patrick on December 15, 2006, 07:09:59 PM
I've been on everything apart from the random ones, Les Pirouettes, Autopia (since I refuse to queue for so long) and Swiss Family Robinson Treehouse and river keelboats and obviously the canoes.  Apart from that I have done the whole of the Disneyland Park :D .

The ones I haven't been on, but really should as everyone raves about them are Phantom Manor and Pirates (I know shoot me now), I really want to do Pirates. Haven't done Peter Pan, Snow White or Pinocchio either.

:? In my opinion DisneyBud, you're not missing out on much... I think I'm the only person on this Forum who's been on both those rides and dislikes both of them. For what they are, the ques are always way too long, and I just don't think they're worth it.

:o And I don't remember ever going on a little ferris wheel, so I guess I've never been on Les Pirouettes either! Is that ride closed down now?

Yes it's closed. You can find it between Les pays des contes fees and It's a Small World.

Hehehehe - I'm just biased m8 - I absolutely love POTC especially, so atmospheric - the tune that plays in the background as you queue up (not yo ho yo ho singing version) is my ringtone on my mobile. It's not a coaster but it is bloody brilliant :D

Samninetysix ......... My husband loves POTC - it's his fave ride since doing it in Florida aged 11... How did you get the ring tone?

:o  Sam is biased, I'm not! Pirates and Phantom Manor aren't worth waiting over 10-15 minutes for! If the ques are longer than that, which they almost always are, don't bother!
Title:
Post by: Samninetysix on December 17, 2006, 10:01:08 PM
I dont like waiting but both of those are easily worth waiting for :) - compare that to those rubbish cars in autotopia whatever it's called that people wait over an hour for - no comparison! :) - I suppose it's personal tastes but I cant think of any rides other than POTC/BTM/PM/IJ that I would queue for over a certain time - but hey, thats just me, i'm sure u all have your preferences
Title:
Post by: Nala_84 on December 17, 2006, 10:09:27 PM
Well, I love the Pirates and Phantom Manor. They both should belong to a DLRP trip, if possible :)
Title:
Post by: Masamune on December 18, 2006, 10:14:48 AM
 If it takes me forever, I'll find someone who shares me view on those rides...

Never been on Autopia or the storybook ride-they're always closed when we go in December!
Have to agree though, POTC and Phantom Manor are two of the best!

Post by: Martha86 on March 13, 2007, 07:36:58 PM
The only thing I didn't go on was Cyber Space Mountain. The queue for that was longer than the actual ride and it was about 38 degrees outside. It took ages aswell; designing the ride, waiting etc. I don't mind that I missed it.
Title:
Post by: smurfy74 on March 14, 2007, 10:56:13 PM
- Orbitron
- Autopia (been three times once the queue was toooo long and the other times it was closed )
- Les Pirouettes
- Dumbo
- Keelboats
- Either Mark Twain or Molly Brown

WDS:

- Tram tour ( it was closed )
- Flying carpets
- Animagique ( nclosed as well last november )

But im going for 5 days in Seaptember so I should get most of those crossed off - apart from the closed ones.
Does anyone know if the keelboats will ever reopen????
Title:

They were rumoured to re-open this year for the 15th Anniversary, but nothing has been heard of it.

Title:
Post by: Riebi on March 16, 2007, 07:16:21 PM
It must be between 1994 and 1996.
There was a refurb of the castle and first the slide was just locked. Later it was closed totaly
