Hi all,

I've just written up a short piece about our recent trip (some of you may remember the cockup disney made with our linked booking being messed up and no eurostar seats). In the end following a complaint to the CEO they came good and sorted out seats on the return train, VIP fastpasses and a free meal, along with room upgrades and some free gifts (soft toys and mugs).

Will attempt to post some photos when I get them off of the camera - the castle looks a bit sad wrapped in scaff :-(

Great report-glad to see things got sorted re the eurostar seats.
must admit-DH who is not the biggest fan in the family said it would put him off going seeing the castle under wraps.

So glad you had a great holiday despite all the messing around with your train tickets,
Looks like Disney did their best to make it up to you - even if it did mean having to go to the CEO to do it.
