Hello. First post here.
I´m from Portugal.
I´m going to DLP at the end of the month and i cant find anything about those characters. Can we meet them? Were they removed from DLP ? Can´t seem to find anything about them.
Where can we find info on the princess locations ?
(Oh, one more question. There´s a couple who is coming with us, but they´re staying at the Santa fe hotel. They dont have pool. We have pool at Davy Crocket Ranch. Can they come to the pool? )
Thank you very much. This forum is very helpfull.
You can find the schedule for parades, shows and character meets here:
https://wdpromedia.disney.go.com/media/wdpro-dlp-assets/prod/en-gb/system/images/show-and-parades.pdf (https://wdpromedia.disney.go.com/media/wdpro-dlp-assets/prod/en-gb/system/images/show-and-parades.pdf)
The brochure is updated every week. Only guests of the hotel can swim, so your friends won't be allowed in.
Thank you very much on your quick reply!
In wich site have you seen that information about the schedule? Where can i see it, to check it now and then for updates?
You will find it here
http://www.dlpguide.com
They will update the schedules regularly
With regards to the pool, same as above, only hotel guests can use the pools and it is checked.

You can find the brochure at the official Disneyland Paris website: http://www.disneylandparis.co.uk/entertainment/shows-and-parades-in-disneyland-parks/ (http://www.disneylandparis.co.uk/entertainment/shows-and-parades-in-disneyland-parks/)
Anna and Elsa have not been available for meet & greet in DLP for over a year. The sheer volume of guests looking to meet them meant it wasn't possible to delivery the desired experience. This isn't expected to change.

are there any Frozen attractions at all?
Well that's weird. If one thing is successfull how come do they end with it?! Right? I mean they have the possibilities to make ir possible. After ali its disney's most successfull movie of all time. It should have something there related to them. That's just my opinion 8)

Ehm, there's Frozen everywhere at the park.
The only thing you can't do is meet them purely due to the fact that queues were too long and people complained too much about that.
My daughters wanted to see them but it was a 5hour wait after getting your tickets! Not worth it. I was fed up after 1 1/2 hr wait to see Ariel in the pavilion.

Great thank you for that, it was just everything i have read for schedules and rides there doesnt seem to be anything frozen. so are there rides etc?
There are no Frozen rides.
The mini-Arendelle as well as the Frozen sing along show are expected to return when Frozen Summer season starts in a few months.
What about the parades? Can we see them there? Are they part of the parade?

As far as I know that's the only place in DLP where you can see some Frozen.
In the parade there is a float with Anna and Elsa on it.
The only other thing frozen we found in januari were our feet ;D ;)

Thank you for that at least i wont spend the whole time looking for frozen if i know it will only be during the parade. shame though :(
Yes, they are part of the Disney Magic on Parade, the one is at about 5 PM in Disneyland Park. In the summer and winter season there is a Frozen Show several times a day. It's just that there is no meet & greet with them as the queues were huge for that type of interraction.
In the summer there was also a mini parade with Anna and Elsa strolling in a carriage on the Main Street.
I´ve gotta tell you all. Despite the time that people had to wait in line to meet elsa & anna, i still cant understand how the most wanted characters in the world are being "dropped out" due to the imense crowd that stays in line to meet them. It´s very disapointing. I mean, you all agree that everyone want´s to meet them more than any other character. Still, they only come out at the parade.
Don´t get me wrong i love disneyland paris, been there a couple of times, but they´re not thinking this right.
They can be seen during the parade. They share a float with Rapunzel and Eugene.
I often think it's kinda sad that Disney miss out on getting things in quickly - inside out was massive, so was big hero 6 yet it seems it'll be ages for any sort of character presence to be felt, if it happens at all. Surely it would be better to cash in on it while it's really popular, at least with character presence?
I'm not saying they should do things just to have them there. But like you said, a meet and greet now and then would be pretty acceptable.
I just assumed they would be there my daughter like everyone elses is frozen mad. Such a shame they took them off the meet schedule
It was causing health & safety issues because of queue lengths and badly-behaved guests.
I can only imagine what it must have been like. We have done the q for 2 hours for the ticket to q for two more hours when the princess pavilion first opened but you would think they could of figured out a way round it by now.
Anyone else think its odd how far behind DLP is compared to other parks...
You only have to look at the characters from Zootropolis being in other parks to realise how poor DLP actually is.
Anna and Elsa should be in the Pavillion OR at a themed restaurant, stops people being abusive. Works fine in Florida.
American health & safety laws are nowhere near as strict as the EU.
There are so many solutions to this problem a restaurant, a frozen version of the princess pavilion, tickets with time slots issued at the gate if you want one, pre-book able tickets, or even meets in both parks and that's just off the top of my head surely they should have found a workable solution by now

On one hand I agree with this. Frozen being as big as it is should have some sort of meet and greet or something, even if just in Auberge de Cendrillon. On the other hand, my kids were absolutely made up to have met Ariel and Cinderella (in the pavilion over 2 days) and didn't even question where any of the other princesses were. they were more than happy to give them a wave in the parade
At the end of the day, Elsa and Anna do not have a meet and greet due to Health and Safety concerns. Yes, they are present in Florida and their system works, but it doesn't work in Paris because people won't queue properly and calmly. There is plenty of Frozen presence in the park (singalongs and parade) without a meet and greet and there's no use complaining about it because it's not changing anytime soon. If meeting Anna and Elsa is SO important for you to have a good holiday, then go to Florida. I'd much rather everyone be safe :P
When we went over the Christmas period of 2014/15 they were in the pavilion & it was a 4 1/2 hour queue. I'm sorry but it's just not worth wasting nearly a full day for 2 princesses. We actually got a picture of them & spoken to when they were walking from the pavilion which suited my two just fine.
One of the issues with the PP was that guests were accosting Anna & Elsa and thrusting kids at them for photos on their way between the PP and backstage so it was taking them forever to get on their break.
This happens even with regular princesses, and they have a policy of not stopping now...so the sa,e could be applied to Anna and Elsa
There should be a meet & greet for Elsa and Anna considering how popular Frozen is, but I guess the queue times would be a joke.
Depending on when you are going (it changes with the seasons), there are different things but there is still A LOT of Frozen in the park, there is sing a long Frozen and Elsa and Anna have their own float in the parade, last winter they had their own separate mini parade too where they rode a horse drawn carriage in the park.
We went the year they could meet them in the castle and although we where one of the lucky ones to get to see them people qued from 8am and by 9am they closed the que because all the tickets to see them that day had gone, and it was like that every day! I ran when they opened that gate to be about 30th in the que. It's however not nice for people who don't get the extra hours in the morning as they stood no chance in seeing them. I was worried my daughter would be upset but she was SO please to meet a princess in the castle when we went again she didn't mind and we all loved the sing along as well as seeing them on the parade. Your daughters will love it. Explain that their are just too many children in the park for them to meet Elsa and Anna in a day so they wave at as many people as possible on the parade instead. They will have a great time and if you go to the sing a long there is a host of frozen sweets and extra toys you might want to save money for like a blue hot chocolate and frozen cookies etc.
