It looks as if Newport Bay has got it's 4 star status.
Was just reading a review on another forum where someone said they got a hot breakfast from 1st April and I've just checked the official site and it is listed as 4 stars.
Just in time for my visit :D

I stopped there last week, didn't know about hot breakfast. We didn't eat breakfast in the hotel as we were offered breakfast in the park at Plaza Gardens and it was hot breakfast there.
