Our next trip is in 2 weeks. October 3rd - 5th and I haven't been able to figure out if there is a new parade or still the summer one. Is it also decorated for halloween already or not?

There is no Summer parade, it's just the daily Disney Magic On Parade which has been running for 3 years now.
Additional to it, is the Halloween cavalcade, which will run 3 times a day.
