Anyone else noticed that Woody appears to be a secret Mickey fan?

To be honest, I took a photo of the billboard at Halloween and when I got home I noticed Mickeys ears randomly above the hoarding. When I went back at Christmas I was able to frame it better! Wish I was observant enough to have noticed first time!!
