Just wondering if anyone knew for sure that Fantasmic is closed/open

opps, sorry about that. I guess I must have mistaken DLR for WDW.

Yes, I think Fantasmic! is closed because they are working on Tom Sawyer Island.

Yes that must be the reason for the "refurb" :D

Fantasmic! will reopen once the rest of the island is done with its improvements (which currently has the island opening in late May & Fantasmic! reopening in early June).

Also opening along with the island will be a new pirate stunt show, so I'm looking forward to that! :D

At the Disneyland homepage Fantasmic! runs again from june, 15th as they wrote it on their calender:
