When we were there (almost 2 weeks ago now) it was half past the hour, certainly at 11.30 and 12.30 anyway!  Hope this helps!

Does she speak? With what accent? French? English? American?

That's the thing with the American parks, you know you can speak to them in English and they will understand, wheras in DLP you arent sure if they will be able to comprehend.

Cruella does speak English, as do the majority of face characters in Paris :) .

The Cruella I met last year was VERY English... When I went up to her with my camera she said "Oh you want my photograph?? Oh how fabulous darling!!" It tickled me for the rest of the day! :lol:
