UFO Zone: Horrible.  Autopia: rather nice. Stitch Encounter: cheap and cheerful.

I'm proud of HKDL for making the most of these "three major new attractions!" though.  :D

Yeah, you're probably right. I bet they'll love it.  The animation of him in that image looks a bit nasty though...  "Cheap and cheerful" sums it up quite well actually - it's probably quite a cheap attraction, yet as you say it'll be a big hit.

I guess HKDL are doing better with their new attraction plans than DLRP did when it opened.  They definitely did the right thing to start small and then build it up over the years. (Though I don't think that would have worked in Paris - people complained of too few attractions as it was!)

Quote from: "Baloo"They definitely did the right thing to start small and then build it up over the years. (Though I don't think that would have worked in Paris - people complained of too few attractions as it was!)

Stitch Encounter and Autopia seem like two nice little additions to Hong Kong Disneyland. But I am afraid that these attractions are not going to pull in the crowds. Many Western Disney fans do complain about the small amount of attraction being the factor for low attendance. But this is just one of the many factors in my humble opinion. Let's not forget that people in China aren't as used to the Disney brand as the Western world does. Besides that, Disney doesn't really have a fanbase like the other Resorts do. It will come, but it takes time. We must also not forget that many people from China (not Hong Kong) are quite poor.

Hong Kong Disneyland must get rid of the bad word of mouth. One of the things they can do is lower the admission prices (like with the current Summer Passes), add more attractions (like Stitch, Autopia, and so on) and use marketing to adverstide the Resort (as they are doing). Disney is handling in a good way now.
