Have you seen this - Lion King Ride concept?

Surely the most of you have already seen this and maybe it's already been a thread in here, but I didn't find it and so I had to post it:

That would be such a great attraction for the place between Critter Corral and Indiana Jones, wouldn't it? I LOVE the Lion King and this attraction would definitely be a great representation of this film. What do you think of it? Is there someone who can offer this idea of "Cerberus" to real Imagineers?

Hey there,

has anyone heard anything of this idea? Isn't there someone who knows a few CMs or Imagineers to show this? I just think it's such a great idea for an attraction in Adventureland (beside the fact that the Lion King's one of my fav films and there's an attraction of it missing in the park)

Someone who works at DLRP should definatly at least try and bring this idea to an Imagineer's attention.

That really does look like an imagineers work, and I agree it should be shown to an Imagineer. But someone in that thread said that Disney won't accept any outside submissions.

Not only does he have a brilliant imagination, he's also a very talented artist.

Hopefully he's already considering it as a career, although, God knows how one goes about becoming an Imagineer.

Well he's 19 :wink:.comI have met him :lol: , but yeah it is an amazing idea, wuld be nice to fill in the gap in Adventureland. It does look very dull around aventureland when travelling by railroad.

I so darn love Lion King!!! Mufasa in the Theatre freaks me out and when it does "NAAAAAAAAAA!!!!" I just jump out of my underpants, I still do it now.

I think this ride will be opened in 2010 and might go in Adventureland or WDS, It does has sets and they might say that they are taking a break from filming.

In the gift shop could have Meet 'n' Greet with Timon and Rafiki and the Pride Rock background will be behind them.

Coming out in 2010 ? I though these were just some plans someones made and even if they were Disney's, how do you no its going to be openin 2010.

You are correct this IS a complete unofficial fan art concept, nothing more, it will not be going into dlrp or any other disney resort.
