any ideas how busy it might be?  particularly sat and sun?

We're heading there in two weeks time, 23rd - 27th December. Has anyone got any ideas how busy it usually is over the Christmas days themselves?

We leave tomorrow and return Wed.  I figure Fri - Mon = busy  but tues & Wed the crowds might ease up a bit.  Sat we will leave the parks and see the sights in Paris itself in hopes of avoiding what we think would the busiest day of our trip at Disney.

I've heard that the last weekends it was very busy in the park. Especially the 6th december.    :shock:  :shock:

So what do you think how busy it could be the next weekend (20th - 21th)?

Last year the weekend before christmas was very quiet.        Maybe this year too?

Does anybody have any experiences with the days before christmas?

i hope it won't be too crowded,
bu i'm afraid that saturday and sunday will be very full....
sequia lodge is already fully booked from sat to sun
last year we went the last weekend in jan, too.
thursday and friday were ok, but the weekend was really full.

o.k., you're right.
the montana rooms are already free, i forgot that.
anyway, i'm not very optimistic, so i can't be disappointed....
the last times we stayed over the weekend it was every time really busy in the park.

it was not "unable to move" full.
fortunately i've never seen that....
it was something in the middle.
many attractions had queues of 1 or 1 1/2 hours
(Space Mountain, Buzz Lightyear, Peter Pan,The Tower, etc. (certainly not talking about Crushs Coaster.... )

you're right, it's low season, but it's also weekend....
last year at the last weekend in jan there was this "buy 2 and get 3 nights" thing. maybe this was the reason why the park was that full.
i hope so. it would be great, cause my last time in disneyland was over the 11.11 last year. that was really crazy. the queue at peter pan went nearly to the entrance of adventureland. i didn't even see this at the weekend in august last year.
but maybe we're lucky and it is'nt that full.
i'm really lokking forward to it !!

I would suppose that monday till friday will be very calm.
the average waiting times could be 5-20 min if you're lucky
