That isn't the normal Ride Vehicle, I think it's the one for the Disabled. That's why there's a guy in a Wheelchair, and there isn't many seats.

The comment about the ride being "ready by July" I would expect means the facade. Once the outside is complete they can bring in the magic makers to work on the internals.

The Haunted Mansion at Anaheim was completed for several YEARS before the inside ride was finished!

At first i thought so, but then again he says "the ride". That's pretty specific. And various report on french forum reports that the work inside is well ahed. A giant champagne bottle and a giant fish have already been spotted from backstage inside the building.

That's a different thing, since the actual Mansion and the showbuilding (just like in Paris) are two separate entities.

On other news, Disneylnd Forum Club posted on their FB page a picture that shows that they started framing for theming the costuming building too.
