Hi everyone!!  I've just upgraded from hotel Cheyenne, full board plus to the golden forest room. I've noticed on my booking it says Full board moderate hotel. What does this mean? Does it mean I can only eat at the hotel for lunch and dinner? TIA

Did you got a deal with free half/full board? or got changed to a deal with free full board while upgrading?

The type of hotel you got will determine what kind of meal plan you got for free with this deal. For a value hotel (cheyenne, santa fe) you get a standard meal plan, with a moderate hotel (sequoia lodge, new port bay and hotel new york) you get a plus meal plan and with a deluxe hotel (the disneyland hotel) you get a premium meal plan.

Since you have upgraded to a room (it doesn't matter what kind of room unfortunately) in a moderate hotel (the sequoia lodge) you will get a plus meal plan. Which mean you can eat at a lot of buffet and table service restaurants like blue lagoon, chez remy, the hunters grill etc.

I guess there was a free full board deal on when you upgraded. When you upgrade or change the prices will reflect the deal that is on on that moment. So if that is the case you got free full board (which is plus at SL). The price you paid for the full board will be extracted from the price you have to pay for upgrading to SL golden forest club.
So instead of a 2days 2 nights free offer.. or something like that (the deal you had when you booked). you where changed to the offer that was on the day you upgraded. they calculated the new price for your vacation and extracted the previous price to get the extra sum you have to pay now.

The full board wil be the same with any offer. But since it is a free meal deal, they have to call it differently for administration reasons. 

But I am only guessing, If you want to know for sure, just call disney and ask. But since you booked half board plus initially and did not change that I am pretty sure you are getting full board plus.
