Hi guys,

My friend is going to DLP during Christmas season and emailed Disneyland hotel to enquire about the makeovers. They were told that during Christmas, the only makeovers they will be doing will be either Anna or Elsa, has anyone else heard this? Think it's a shame if it's true!

Update - friend received mixed advice from DLP and has eventually been given an appointment for a Belle makeover  panic over!

When we went in april it wasn't possible to make an appointment for this in advance.
So when we got checked in at the Hotel New York, the first stop was the Disneyland Hotel for the princess for a day make-over. We had a spot for her then 4 days later (luckily we stayed 5 days and got the first spot on our 4th day over there. So she was a princess for a whole day.

I didn't think it was possible to book in advance either but they are sending him a "contract"  and when they have he just needs to make the payment! Makes more sense allowing people to schedule appointments in
