Hi Everyone,

We ordered passes from Supertrips about 2 weeks ago, and I was wondering what your experiences have been with them?
Currently our tickets haven't arrived and their website said they take a week to send via email (and yep I'm checking my junk folder). I have been chasing them with phone calls and emails but apparently the manager (who never seems to be there) is the only person who can look into this.
Its getting frustrating and worrying luckily we don't leave till end of august but still.

Tickets have now arrived but they left off the second surname on one of the passes so had to message them to get that amended but not half as stressed about it as I was. We got our passes at £107 each as they were on sale and there was a voucher code so yeah the bit of leg work was worth it but with them now selling at £150 each which isn't much more than the cost from Disney I would advise saving yourself the hassle.
