BBC have a video/audio clip from a lady stranded on a campsite, she mentioned there was disruption on rail services etc, it may depend on where

We were driving through France yesterday and the situation on the road was good. There's still one highway closed but that one is located south from Paris, so that's not affecting travel to DLP. Don't know if the resort itself is affected by the floods.

I believe The Seine has gone out of it's beddings?  Try and find some newsfeed on Paris city before you go into the city, I saw it on the news 2 or 3 days ago, and it did not look good at all.
Depends alot if it's going to rain again in the next few days aswell.

Paris resident here. The news are a bit exaggerated. The water is higher than normal and the paths along the water are flooded, but the water is not at street level. You'll be fine.
