Hi, We are arriving on 12th Feb and our transfer should get us to Disneyland at 1:45/2pm. I understand check-in is advertised as from 3pm, does anyone know how strict this is? Are we likely to be able to check-in before 3? Is there usually a huge rush for check-in at 3pm? Thanks for any advice.

They say check in as 3pm as thats the time the rooms are ready for. You can check in at any time, even at 8am in the morning BUT you wont get your room until later in the day.

What happens is, you check in, are given your park tickets and breakfast time vouchers. You then put your luggage in the luggage room and go enjoy your day in the park. In the afternoon, after 3pm, one member or all of your of your party just goes back to the hotel and gets the room key and brings the luggage to the room.

As you are arriving around 2pm, you might be lucky and your room MAY be ready.

We always were lucky, when checking in earlier in Santa Fe. Our room was always ready.
