Hi there, just got back from a lovely birthday trip to DLP and now organising another birthday trip for youngest! We have the Annual Fantasy Pass which offers us 25% of Disney hotels, does anyone know if this includes partner hotels on the website such as Explorers & Elycee and do you have to book direct with Disney?

I think its cheaper to book direct with hotel?

It's for Disneyland Paris official hotels only, not partner hotels.
You book directly at Disneyland Paris (by phone) to get the discount. There's no other way to do it.

Woah!  So in theory next year when I'm thinking of taking my Nan with us for her 75th birthday, rather than staying off site and getting her an AP, I could book a family room in a Disney hotel and then just ring and add us all on to the booking as we all have AP's?

Exactly. As long as you don't over occupy the room.

Yes they will get breakfast, This is what we are doing in Feb half term, saved a fortune!

Exactly. As long as you don't over occupy the room.

Conversely, is this also the case for AP holders? I mean to say, if one AP holder booked a room with their 35% room discount, could they then add additional guests to the room later on?

I'm pretty sure you won't get a room for 6 onsite. You Would need to request two adjoining rooms.

There are some rooms for 5 and 6 but mostly they need to be booked by phone.

The price of rooms with an AP discount does not vary by number of guests (save in terms of tourist tax).
