Something to know...
If a cast member shows outstanding service it is important they are recognised. Disney works on a tier system like most large service industry companies where staff are rewarded for hard work and guest satisfaction. It could be a promotion or move to another area but is always a "step up."  Best way to do this is to take note of their name, ride/ restaurant/ hotel etc. time (and day if you cant do this at the time) and pop into City Hall on Main St and tell them.
Years ago we were so impressed by on lad that we did this, we saw him later that trip and he ran over to us to excitedly thank us an tell us he had been moved to Dumbo...big step up apparently!
Everyone likes to know they are doing a great job...share it with those who count!

That's fantastic and how nice that your positive feedback went so far! I didn't go into city hall the que was huge and we were due to return home so I have emailed Disneyland Paris and hoping to get a response. On our next visit I am going to take down more names and hopefully get into city hall and tell them. Good work goes unnoticed and it shouldn't be the case that people only report the negative when there's probably much more positive 😊

100% in agreement we all can be moaning minnies when it comes to poor service but a bit slow off the mark to dish out some praise.

It's a good idea I don't know how many negative comments I've read on trip advisor I find it a little annoying that some people never see the good in anything.... But then again I always "look on the bright side of life" I'm that kind of person and I'd hate to be any different
