[hawian rollercoaster]

I saw on a you tube video that someone who was in cafe mickey had a large all  black vinylmation which they were gettin charcters to sign with a gold pen it looked so neat. In feb I searched every shop in dlrp to purchase one sadly all my efforts failed . Has anyone seen these ?
