There aren't any references to Disney characters, but apart from that I really like the style of the new rooms.

Maybe they will do some subtile changes. After NPB I think Cheyenne is next to get a make over. So there is still time to do some tweaking in the final design.

I was talking to a friend who works for a UK hotel chain and he said when a new design comes out it gets trialled for a while to see how it copes with wear and tear. So who says this is the finished design, I would like to see a few characters creep in, maybe a few hidden Mickeys even.
Meanwhile with one room done some lucky people get to stay in the new rooms, not that I'm jealous or anything.

We are staying in the NY for the 1st time next month (July) - can anyone confirm if any of these upgrade plans have actually happened since the final post in this thread in 2015?? Thanks °o°

New York has not been refurbed yet, they are currently doing the Cheyenne
