Hi, so our next trip is in June 2014 and were returning to celebrate my nanas 80th birthday and also my sister had a little one so its his first visit also, SO I'm looking for advice on either one, Mainly Places for baby needs and good restruant/eateries for making milk and things. extra items we would need to take that we just wouldent think of or things that helped when you went with a 8months old. Same for nana, i want ideas of where she can go whilst we do the rides apart from browsing shops. I also know florida does a fairy godmother type thing where a cast member can escort your relatives back to hotels if they have had enough magic for the day, do they have anything like this at DLP.

First for the little one...

Best place is the Baby Care Center in Main Street (next to Plaza Gardens). You'll find everything there, a great place to change nappies (bring a towel or something to put over the tiles, though), microwaves to heat up food and comfy seats to feed them... We ended up going there almost every time we needed a nappy change! They also sell some baby essentials (nappies, food...) in case you need them.

All toilets have a tiled area where you can change a nappy, but it can feel a bit noisy and crowded in there, and sometimes even cold (though in June hopefully you shouldn't have that problem). Also all restaurants will heat food up for you (or have a microwave you can use). After all, DLP is meant for families, so it's really a great place to go with a little one  :D

My daughter was older first time we went, but other than nappies and baby food jars, I had some spare clothes, a blanket (to cover her while she slept) and her dummy. And talking of sleeping, if you want to go somewhere quiet while the little one sleeps, if the weather is good I recommend going for a nice walk around the lake in the Disney Village (grabbing a cup of coffee in Starbucks on the way...) or even sitting in a bench to enjoy the sun... Some areas in Adventureland can also be quieter. If the weather is not great you have the arcades, but they can be a bit noisy...

For your nana, I suggest you ask in City Hall, I never heard of the service you mention but they might do something like that.... Otherwise she can go for a nice drink and cake in the Cable Car Bake Shop, or even treat herself to something in Cafe Fantasia, in the Disneyland Hotel! (by the way in the lobby of the DLH you'll find lots of comfy sofas where she can simply rest!)

I hadn't thought of setting up camp for a bit in the Disneyland Hotel Foyer.  I LOVE the smell in there.  I'm going next week at 7mths pregnant so if I want a more relaxed sit down I made head over there for a bit :-)
