Just a quick daft question - is there anywhere to pop down a bag on the bigger rides? I know a lot of the rides at DLP are gentle and we can take things on, but what about the rollercoasters? Is there anywhere we can leave our bag to pick it up again when we're done on the ride?

We know it'd all be at our own risk but we'd hate to get to the front of the queue at say, the Rock n Roller Coaster, for us to have to turn back.

Unless it's a massive one, you can put it in the footwell of the ride vehicle. Just plop a foot through one of the straps for security  ;D

Ive never had a problem with bags on rides. Gentle rides like Peter Pan you can put bags at your feet or on the seat beside you. Some rides have a netted bag holder space either under your seat on infront of you.

If you are staying at one of the Disney hotels I would recommend the guest shopping service. When you buy anything in the shops before 3pm you can get it delivered to your hotel. When paying you tell the cashier you would like it delivered to your hotel. You fill in a form with your name, hotel name and room number which gets attached to the bag and you get a collection receipt. Your shopping is then delivered to your hotel and you collect it later that day from the collection point. This is a free service and really useful as you dont have to carry your shopping around all day
