So I went to DLRP in July of this year and bought one of the 2013 plastic tumblers. I'm in love with this tumbler, but it had a fault and water got inside it. My dad sent it back a few weeks ago, and I haven't got a reply from them on whether I shall get a new tumbler or not.


Has anyone else returned things to Disney, if so how long did it take?
