hey guys firstly thank you for the info already on this site, i learnt alot just scanning though.secondly  if you get sponsered can you combine the sponser discount with the 20% discount for buying 5? if not if you get sponsered is it 10% per pass so for 5 = 50% or am i getting carried away lol xx

No, every person who needs an annual pass must be present to get their permanent annual pass at DLP. They must show their ID (passport for example) and their photo is taken by digicam by DLP staff to put on the permanent annual pass.

yes, exactly the same process, so children need to be present at DLP to get their permanent annual passes too.

Have a trip planned for next week (Aug 13-17) with at least 2 days dedicated to Disney!  Wanted to ask if AMERICAN EXPRESS cards are accepted for purchasing the ANNUAL PASS (Fantasy or Dream...have not decided as of yet)...but we are on a budget (US Military family) and absolutely require use of my AMEX on this trip.  Thanks!  Mike

your sponsor has to be with you when you pay for your annual pass, so you'd need your sponsor to meet you at the ticket booths at 8am for you to be able to be sponsored and get your ticket to use EMH on your first day.

I don't know to be honest, hopefully someone who has done this will be able to let you know.
One thing though - I wouldn't go down the sponsorship route, I'd buy my annual passes from cemultiavantages before you go, as they are already discounted by around 25%. You get a temporary ticket (it says annual pass on it) which you take into the AP office with your passports on your first day in the parks, and exchange for your full permanent  annual pass.
