Well I can hardly believe its here at last, just 2 more days then we (me aged 32 and hubby aged 33) are off  / .  I booked this trip months ago and have been counting down the days ever since.  Today I am packing, tomorow the dogs, gerbils and guinea pigs are off to friends and family then Saturday we are off.  We are taking the train (first class this time   ) down to London on Saturday evening and staying at the Megaro hotel at Kings Cross.  We then take the Eurostar direct to DLRP on Sunday morning.  We have a table booked at the blue lagoon on Sunday evening which we are looking forward to as we loved it last time   .  We are staying at the Sequoia lodge for 3 nights before travelling home Wednesday evening.

I have seen your posts on some of the other threads, I should imagine he will be so happy when he finds out your are going next weekend.  When are you planning on telling him?

Have decided i am going to tell him the night before-not sure i will be able to get him up at 6 in the morning without telling him  I'm like a big kid, so excited /

:lol:  there is no way he will sleep that night after you tell him.  I hope you have a great time.  I am bouncing off the walls with excitement, its been 2 1/2 years since my last visit.

Well we are finally home, got in at about 2am this morning.  We had the most amazing trip despite it being very, very cold.  I will post my pics later on but we met loads of characters and in general just had a really good time
